Graphic Designer

We work with startups, growing scale-ups, and established brands to help them launch, market and scale their products. It will be your job to plan and create original designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns etc.

What you will do

• Create and execute design concepts for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns etc.
• Create visually compelling vector graphics in 2D primarily for online use.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and design standards are maintained across all graphic assets.
• Work closely with marketers and content creators to develop engaging visuals that enhance the overall user experience.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to continually enhance and develop creative outputs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into websites and other digital platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Assist with design editing and manipulation as needed.

Qualifications

• More than one year of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D vector graphics created for online use.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch etc.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• A creative thinker with the ability to provide innovative design solutions.
• Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assisting in other marketing, creative, and company-wide projects as needed.
• Be a self-driven person with a bias for action who wants to get stuff done. We're looking for a team player who likes to get involved and take ownership. We don’t like to micro-manage.
