HR Executive

You’ll be instrumental in executing on our ambitious hiring goals so that we continue growing our products, engineering, customer services, and sales functions as quickly as possible.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our founders and shape the SearchBoxed team. You'll be empowered to provide innovative ideas to build a world-class recruiting practice.

You'll handle full recruitment cycle for all departments at SearchBoxed including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.

What you will do

• Work with the founders on talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process.
• Help interview and hire candidates in Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.
• Assist with management of Internship Program, recruitment ads, and outreach to organizations to acquire talented individuals.
• Write and maintain the job pages, applications, and postings for all functions.
• Manage initial applicant reviews, first-interview scheduling, communications, and negotiations.
• Double our company size by mid-2021.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong ability to communicate with people.
• Hiring for a tech company or an agency serving tech companies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Being confident, coachable, and an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
